Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

I stop here a couple times a week on my way to work for a drink and a bagel and cream cheese, staff is always friendly. Today I stopped got my order and when I went to spread my cream cheese on my bagel it was open with half of it missing. I'm not sure if maybe an employee maybe accidentally grabbed theirs by mistake and put it in my bag. Pretty bummed I couldn't even enjoy my breakfast.

I love coming to this biggby and the staff is usually friendly and efficient. Today was different however because there was a girl in drive thru that I had never seen before. She was short over the speaker and didn’t say a single word when I pulled up to the window. She even slammed the window shut while I was asking for a straw. I work in fast food and I know everyone has bad days, but it’s really not hard to give the bare minimum to customers. Saying “hi” or “have a great day” takes zero effort. If you don’t want to deal with customers find a different job.

2 cars in the drive thru including me. The girl taking the order was extremely short and not personable. She didn’t ring up of my drinks and asked me to pull forward to wait. I watched 4 cars behind me get their drinks and orders before i got mine. In total from taking my order to getting drinks i waited 20mins. All i wanted was my red bull crème freeze :(

Don’t come inside to order thinking it will expedite things. They will wait on every single drive thru order first. 15 minutes for a bagel sandwich only 3-4 sandwiches coming out ahead of that. Fully staffed. Guy on team had it together not sure what was going on.

Great coffee. Super cute space. Very friendly staff. We had a caramel marvel and a butter bear. Both were great. We'll definitely be back nice time we're in Kalamazoo. We wish we had a Biggby Coffee in Cincinnati.
